Terms of Service

Effective July 26, 2026

This is the agreement between you and YeriSoh, made by David Godinez LLC. We keep it plain — no dense legal language, just what you need to know before you use the app.

This English version is the governing version of these terms; the Kriol version is provided for convenience.

Who can use YeriSoh

You must be 13 years old or older to use YeriSoh. By signing up, you are confirming that you meet that age requirement.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email — keep your email account secure, because anyone who can access it can access YeriSoh. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Zero tolerance

YeriSoh has zero tolerance for objectionable content, harassment, and abuse. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Hate speech, threats, or targeted harassment of another user
  • Bullying, stalking, or abusive behavior in DMs or public posts
  • Content that exploits or endangers anyone, especially minors
  • Impersonation, scams, or spam

We mean it — break this rule and we will act on it.

We can remove content or accounts

If you post something that violates these terms, we may remove it. If your account keeps breaking the rules, or breaks them badly enough one time, we may suspend or terminate your account. These decisions are at our discretion.

Blocking and reporting

You have tools to protect yourself: you can block any user, and you can report posts, messages, or accounts that violate the rules. Every report is reviewed by the YeriSoh team, and we decide what action, if any, to take.

Your content, your ownership

What you post — yeris, photos, recipes, music uploads — stays yours. You keep full ownership. By posting it to YeriSoh, you grant us a license to store, display, and distribute it inside the app so other users can see it. That license ends when you delete the content or your account.

Di Kitchen and MOB content

Recipes shared to Di Kitchen and tracks uploaded to MOB follow the same rule — it is your work, you keep ownership, and you are granting YeriSoh permission to show it in the app. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.

Service provided as-is

YeriSoh is provided "as-is," without warranty of any kind. We work hard to keep things running smoothly, but we do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times. Streaming radio comes from third-party stations we do not control, so we are not responsible for their uptime or content.

Changes to this agreement

We may update these terms as YeriSoh grows. If we make a change that matters, we will update the effective date above and try our best to let you know inside the app.

Copyright and takedown requests

YeriSoh respects copyright. When you upload music, photos, or recipes, you are confirming that you own the material or have permission to share it — do not upload anything that belongs to someone else without their permission.

If you believe something on YeriSoh infringes your copyright, email hello@yerisoh.com with:

  • Your contact details
  • Identification of the work you own
  • A link to, or description of, where the material appears on YeriSoh
  • A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, and that the information you are providing is accurate

We review every report and remove material that infringes. Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content get terminated.

You can also flag content straight from the app — long-press a track and choose Report, which includes a "Copyright — da fi mi song" reason. Emailing us works just as well.
